Well it is that time where I can say the book has been seen in the wild...or at least in the box that was delivered to my house...All joking aside, the hard-copy of the book is currently available for pre-sale on all of the Amazon stores with the exception of Amazon.com. Apparently, there is an issue on-boarding the book into Amazon's back end system for Amazon.com. That said, the official release date has been pushed two weeks (End of March) based on information from Amazon on resolution of the issue.
With that in mind, you can still remember the Ides of March and still pre-order your copy of either the Kindle edition or the hard-copy. You can also get a pdf version of the book when you send proof of purchase, details are in the book.
